`AI Generation (and potential book cover)

As you might know, this world is evolving and with great technology, which made me think, can I make a book cover out of AI. I read an article by Tom's Guide about which AI generation tool was the best and I serioudly had to try it.

I keyed in my prompt, and I exhausted all the benefits Ideogram could give me and here's are some of my faves.

1.

This was just a tester - not an actual book cover. A JEM CALLED EMERALD in ITC Benguiat font with god-knows-what in the background. 3.5 stars.

2.

I was extremely shocked by the realism of it; it looks like a fancy Lord Of The Rings book cover since my copy is pretty plain. 4.5 stars.

3.

In short, this is super pretty, looks like a Little Women book cover but doesn't have anything in relation to the theme so maybe 2.5 stars.

4.

I don't even think this got anything right, why is it purple??? And leaves??? A random lightning bolt??? Nah... But it got some green in it so maybe 1.2 stars.

5.

I like the look of this one but the swirls look a little like hair for some reason. I like the gemstone though. 4 stars.

6.

This one and number 5 I think were my favourite. I did not like the gemstone being STUCK to the word Jem but well, okay. 4.5 stars.

Lastly, I wanted to show the one I tried making. This is not a hundred percent what I would use but yeah...

So, mine is embarassingly simple but that's AI and this is me.

What do you think; is AI generating a book cover the way to go? Do you think my book cover might have come out a little nicer if my prompts were good?

As always,

Love,

Nab.
